My sister I have have taken the plunge that we talked about for years: We finally started a business together!  While our business is primarily focused on renovations and decorating, we have grown more interested in the buying and selling end of the property market.  We decided to keep a lookout for the best property deals.  One thing I have noticed is that these deals seem to be most easily located via an online search.  If you are using just local calling and driving around you sure do tend to miss a lot, and she and I fully intend to lead any business we start.
