My husband was down to his last “honey do” on his “to do” list. The last item was to create a small concrete walkway in our backyard. The walkway was actually for the dog, so he kept putting it off for as long as he possibly could. He did not want to spend the money renting one of those small concrete mixers, so he decided to mix the concrete by hand. This lasted for all 20 minutes. Then he announced he was done. At which point, he went to be equipment rental store and rented a small, portable cement mixer for the following weekend. This also meant he now had to buy more concrete mixing materials.
