When our son went away to college, we knew that it was going to be financially hard for him. We wanted to find a way to keep in touch with him, and we also wanted to provide an easy way for him to contact us. We realized that buying him a calling card was an inexpensive and practical way to do this, and that he could call us whenever he needed without having to face a huge phone bill at the end of each month. Now we hear from him several times a week, and it is just as good for us as it is for him.
