Indoor Group Fitness Training

Do you want to be fit and healthy? Are you one of the masses that goes to gyms to do your group fitness training? Don’t get me wrong Les Mils put together a good program but there are two fundamental flaws in the system. One they could fix the other they cant. Most gyms have a single trainer delivering the training from the stage out the front and they do a great job of that including technique and postural cuing but to see if someone is actually doing that properly you need to watch them individually which they don’t. The second is that the ventilation systems in those rooms can only work so well and the air that they are pumping in there in the first place may not be fantastic. Especially in winter when colds and flus are rampant do you want to be breathing in the air that 5-10 people around you have just breathed out? Be smart and do outdoor group training with a personal trainer.
