you will lose body fat faster if you make adjustments to your diet and start eating good foods. this is the most important part of your plan if you are over weight and you are looking to get rid of some fat. eating good food that is high in protein and slow burning carbs will really get you on your way to losing. but of course you will have to add exercise to the program all the same because they go together. you can not really have 1 with out the other. it may not be easy but it is fun.
