Programs to suit your fitness level

How many times have you started and stopped an exercise program?  This can be a major setback to your self esteem.  To honor yourself with the appropriate fitness and diet program will be your success.  There is one that I am very fond of and it is called the truth about abs program.  I like the way this guy spells it all out for you.  There are diet suggestions and workout examples which can be modified to any fitness level.  Usually I  get to read the daily free emails  which are automatically sent to me.   These are very informative and fun.
