Anyone can Lose Belly Fat

I work in an office filled with women of all ages.  The only thing we all have in common is a desire to lose weight and get in shape.  Surprisingly, even the younger women could not find a way to lose belly fat.  A few months ago one of the girls found a fitness program and began to get results in a few weeks.  We were so impressed that many of us decided to try it.  Sure enough, no matter what our age or lifestyle, any one who stuck with the exercise and diet plan soon began to have a flatter belly and feel better.  After all those years it just came down to the right diet and exercise.
