I pretty sure that most people who join a gym to build muscle or want to workout at home will want the classic v shaped frame. This is the ideal physique that you can ask for. It is the greek statue frame. You can get this frame by lifting weights and training hard. You should evaluate yourself frequently and keep on top of your symetry inorder to aquire this body type. You dont want to look like a bunch of developed body parts. You want to have the right lines and balance. You should build more muscle but make sure that you put it in hte right palces.
