Supper on the Fly

February 23rd, 2010 by admin

Often times our family leads a very busy schedule. My kids are involved in school activities and supper time can often be hectic. Trying to schedule meals where the family can all sit down together usually does not happen during the week. This time is often reserved for weekends. I want my family to eat nutritional meals, even with our busy schedules. I try to find recipes that will fit the demands of a busy schedule and food that is good for them. One thing my family loves is Chinese Food. I often try to find things to cook using soy sauce or teriyaki. I do not eat red meat, so I often turn to teriyaki chicken recipes, or make up my own as I go. My kids will usually eat anything cooked in teriyaki.
