Go Barefoot To Improve Your Health

As simple as it sounds, letting your feet “breathe” can really improve ones health.  Of course in colder climates, this isn’t always possible as cold feet means a cold body.  But if you’re in a stuffy office sat down all day, going barefoot can energise your body and improve your overall health – as long as you have a good foot cleansing routine, you can do this without causing unwanted foot odours to emanate around a closed environment.

If you can’t go fully barefoot, consider open shoes like ladies sandals – this is a nice compromise to expose some of your foot’s skin to the elements.
