Not in the Mood

January 17th, 2010 by admin

They were not in the mood. They didn’t want to have to go through the changes necessary to improve the quality of their company. They knew they had to have their employees go through industrial training, but it was going to cost them. They had to pay another company to come in and do all the training. And they couldn’t get back to their regular schedules until it was accomplished. But living as an adult means you do things regardless of whether you’re in the mood or not. It’s about responsibility and deciding to accomplish a job well even if you don’t necessarily want to do it.
