I would really like to take all that I hear about biological warfare defense at face value but I think as an American that would probably not be best to just take what I hear in the media and believe to be gospel. Recently I heard about Fuad El-Hibri as his profile was reported in a recent Forbes People list. It was an impressive profile but then it made me do a little research. Again, on the surface it all sounded good and the progress that was being made to get the anthrax vaccine out on an International scale, but is there something that I may be missing?
