I have been roped into going along on a fishing trip with some friends of mine. They say it will be a lot of fun. However, I don’t have any of the necessary equipment. Can anyone tell me what I should buy for freshwater bass fishing? I know that my friend has a Shimano Curado 200E7 reel since he has been saying how wonderful it is ever since we started planning the trip. Do I need one of these, and what else should I buy? I am assuming I need some type of hooks, as well as a rod and reel at the very least.
