Licensed Practical Nurse is one of the degrees in nursing that prepares an individual to go for a higher nursing course like Registered Nurse or Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Getting an LPN degree at least takes one year to complete the whole duration of the course. Requirements are also needed before you enroll to get a degree and these are set by the state. Schools have to follow according to the state’s order and the state’s nursing board has to approve these programs offered by different schools. Once approved, they will be listed and will be recommended to students who want to earn a degree in nursing.
