I have a friend of a friend, and already this makes me a little scared, that said they have the perfect guy to trust if I am ready to buy a diamond for my girlfriend. Living in Los Angeles I actually know where to buy jewelry in the district of downtown but there are so many to choose from and I want to make sure that what I get is certified. I would like to have an EGL vs GIA certified ring because I know that I can get more quality material but I have to be able to trust the person who sells it to me.
