Running Made Easy

Who knew that running could be so easy? I certainly didn’t. I mean I used to go to the gym and enjoy my strength training workouts but always dreaded doing cardio, especially hopping on the treadmill and going for a run. That was until a friend suggested I try using ipod running workouts to guide and motivate me through my runs. At first, I was reluctant but as soon as I pressed play and got my body moving, I couldn’t believe how much fun I had during my run. In fact, I never once even looked at the clock. I loved being coached over my headphones and not having to think about what to do or how fast to run. It was really an easy running program to follow and I would recommend it to anyone any day!
