When I bought my Amazon Kindle reader fairly recently, one of the additional items I included in my order was a Kindle cover - and I’m glad I did. Apart from the fact that it makes the device look a lot nicer (in my opinion anyway) it provides a certain element of protection for what is, after all, a fairly pricey item which, since it’s going to be stuffed inside laptop bags, suitcases, handbags and briefcases, is liable to picking up a few knocks and bumps as it’s being carried about. I opted for a plain black cover – but there’s an enormous range available in a variety of colors, and at a variety of different prices as well.
